In this week’s episode, Roger Knecht speaks to Josh Fonger on some insights regarding coaching from a practical level.  Josh points out the benefit of hiring people to do some of the work they are experienced in so you as the business owner can focus on more revenue producing things or what you enjoy doing. This helps  grow a company and through systems liberate ourselves from the day-to-day operations of the company and at the end of the day, the business becomes self-sustaining.  Josh also speaks on time management urging us to recognize certain times of the day when we are most active and able to achieve so much. He urges us to be more deliberate and manage time effectively.
