In this week’s episode, Roger Knecht and Iilens Dort discuss how business is about people, helping people, improving people and making people better. They point out how people are resources in business that need to be leveraged and inspire them to be great leaders. Individuals are a great asset in our business and lives hence why it is important to be good to people.
Dort speaks of the need to give back to society so as to take the blessings we’ve received and help those that are not able, this could in turn be something positive down the road.
He also points out that every problem has a solution. We need to be open and vulnerable enough to go to our peers, go to our master groups and in those mastermind groups maybe share situations we’re experiencing and get input and suggestions from these people.
